Prompts

Realtors with known email

Create an active contact segment of contacts whose Rating is the Realtor value and whose Email is known. Explain each filter you used, and tell me if any property or value is missing or ambiguous.

Lakeview, excluding purchasers and realtors

Create an active contact segment of contacts whose Associated Communities includes Lakeview and whose Email is known, excluding contacts whose Rating is Purchaser or Realtor. Explain each filter and grouping, and list any missing or ambiguous properties.

Clicked a specific link

Create a contact segment of contacts who clicked the link [LINK URL] in the marketing email [EMAIL NAME]. Use marketing email activity, not sales email properties. Explain the filters and flag anything ambiguous.

Approved FSA list

Create an active contact segment of contacts whose FSA property is any of: [FSA1, FSA2, FSA3]. Do not infer cities. Explain the filters and tell me if the FSA property is missing or empty for many contacts.

Training tip

In training, prompts were sometimes drafted in a general AI tool first (“write a Breeze prompt for…”) then pasted into Breeze. That works, but never paste contact data into outside tools.

Needs confirmation
Breeze features vary by subscription; confirm what Caivan’s account allows.

Caivan example

A Breeze prompt for “contacts with caivan.com emails” returned 194 contacts in training, far more than the intended test group. That’s why you always check the count.

Common mistakes and troubleshooting

Breeze used a sales email property.

Edit the filter to the marketing email equivalent.
