Structure

Training suggested running region, community and event campaigns together (e.g. Toronto, Five Oaks, Five Oaks Grand Opening). HubSpot does not necessarily provide a parent-child hierarchy, and not every asset type can be associated with multiple campaigns. Naming keeps regional and community activity organized without implying a technical hierarchy.

Needs confirmation
Verify current multi-campaign support for each asset type before relying on it.

Associate early

Associating an asset after sending may not recreate all historical attribution. Associate before sending.

Caivan example

“GTA | Five Oaks | Grand Opening | 2026-10” is created on the planning date. The invitation email, social posts and registration page are all associated as they’re built.
