Review campaigns and maintain dashboards

Campaign vs email reporting and keeping dashboards tidy.

Purpose and outcome

Why it matters. Dashboards give the team one place to see results without hunting through tools.

Expected outcome. Dashboards with relevant reports and a consistent date range.

When to use it

  • Monthly reviews and after campaigns.

  • Access to Reports and Dashboards.

Instructions

    Open the campaign to review all associated assets together.

    Pick one date range for every comparison.

    Open a dashboard and add an existing report.

    To tidy, use the report’s menu to remove it from the dashboard.

    Removing does not delete the report.

    Save reports from tool analytics (e.g. Social) to a dashboard when useful.
